My name is Jess, In 2008 I graduated from the Australian institute of massage with a diploma in remedial Massage therapy. Prior to studying remedial massage, I studied Swedish massage and have have been massaging for 13 years total. Throughout my time as a therapist, I have worked on a wide variety of individuals. Some of them are : athletes, children, pregnant women, fibromyalgia sufferers and everyday people experiencing the stress and tension of life in general. I specialize in: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, injury rehabilitation and stretching. As a therapist my assessment of each client is based on the theory that every body is different and responds differently to treatment.
