Mark manages and operates the business with the assistance of Josie Stark. Josie comes from a family that is iconic in the Melbourne trophy and giftware industry. Josies father, Frank "Iron Man of the Sea" Trainor, is a high profile Victorian sporting personality. Frank established the first widely known trophy and giftware service in Melbourne and has imparted a great deal of knowledge and skill unto Josie.
