Personal Training is my passion. I am fully accredited and insured and have First Aid qualifications. I can tailor a fitness session to suit your needs. I specialise in weight loss, fat loss, toning, sports specific fitness and agility. I have always been involved in numerous sports throughout my life, particularly athletics, cricket and basketball. I am passionate about improving my own health and fitness and now devote my time to encouraging and helping others to improve their health and fitness. My clients are both men and women, from the young through to seniors, the not-so-fit through to the elite.
I also enjoy outdoor group fitness training, offering a fun and interactive training alternative without the daunting “boot camp” program. You can put together your own group and train at a time that suits you. I also firmly believe that without sound nutritional advice, your ultimate health goals will not be achieved. I will lead you to make any changes and improvements to your diet that will ensure your success. I am an accredited Personal Trainer with full insurance and First Aid. I have a passion for fitness for pre and post natal women as I am a mum of two young ones and appreciate the importance of safe exercise during this very exciting time.
I can tailor an exercise program specifically for your trimester and monitor your health and fitness progress throughout your pregnancy and beyond. I also specialise in weight loss, fat loss, toning, nutrition and healthy lifestyle management. I can help you with your eating concerns, guide you properly towards nutritious meal planning and lead you to the road of success.
