Aloha Active is Noosa’s premier Yoga, Pilates and Massage centre located in the beautiful Noosa Blue Resort.
A variety of HOT and room temperature classes are held in the two studios. Classes include;
- Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga)

- Aloha Fusion
- Vinyasa Flow
- Long Slow & Deep
- Yin Yoga
- Ajna Light Meditation
- Samsara Yoga Dance
- Kids Yoga
Clients are invited to use the resort facilities including steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, showers and change rooms, before or after classes and massage treatments.
Highly trained Massage Therapists at Aloha Active offer an extensive range of massage styles including Remedial Massage, Kahuna Massage, Aromatherapy massage and much more. There are two private massage rooms and mobile massage service is also available for an additional cost.
A variety of health and wellbeing workshops and events are held at the studio including fantastic Noosa Yoga Retreats run in combination with Noosa Blue Resort.
