At Always Meditation we run Mindfulness-Meditation Workshops, Learn How To Meditate Courses, Guided Lunchtime Meditations and Private Consultations for beginners (and regular meditators) who want to feel happier and healthier by using meditation as a means of daily stress, anxiety and anger management.
We offer these classes in the Melbourne suburbs of Malvern East, Blackburn, Richmond, Moonee Ponds, Melbournes CBD and Williamstown.
Our Melbourne Mindfulness-Meditation classes are great value, fun to attend and teach practical and easy to learn skills. We believe everyone can learn to deeply relax their body, focus, calm and clear their overactive mind and become less emotionally reactive during normal everyday activities.

Our teaching methods strengthen your confidence and ability to stay calm, lessen doubts and increase your natural enthusiasm and sense of achievement. Our meditation techniques are effective while sitting, lying down or standing. They can be used anywhere and anytime during the day or at night to help in falling asleep.

During each class our experienced teachers provide careful guided meditation instructions to follow. There is plenty of practice time and constructive feedback to help overcome difficulties.
