Hi-Float HI-FLOAT is a non-toxic water soluble solution that can be used to coat Latex balloons and extend their flying time by weeks. Safety Precautions 1. Do not inhale Helium. Helium displaces air in your lungs and will cause suffocation from lack of oxygen. Dispose of broken rubber balloons as children can choke on them. Foil balloons can conduct electricity, do not remove their weights.
