We are a small locally owned Organic & Biodynamic greengrocer. We are committed to offering the best quality produce and the best possible prices. We employ local people who are passionate about the state of our food. We are about connecting consumers with real food, bursting with nutrients and free from all the unnatural and unnecessary toxins built into our current foodchain. Yeah, but who actually runs things? The business is run by Evan Davies. Why did Organics Bendigo start? While running an organic community garden, Evan became aware of the shortage of good quality organic produce at affordable prices.
So its about offering the best organic produce at the best possible price. When do you deliver? We deliver throughout Bendigo every Friday, and have our produce available at our weekly Market Day at our shop at 320 Lyttleton Terrace, Bendigo and our open air market stall every Saturday at Wesley Hill, Castlemaine. When do I have to have my order in? Orders need to be in by around 3pm on Wednesday. If its after this time, there may be some items unavailable. As soon as you get the email with our updates, you can place your order.
How do I pay for my order? You can transfer straight into our account. Our bank details are listed under Contact Us on this website. How do I really know if its organic? To really be sure, you need to buy organics that are certified by one of the Australian Goverments accedited certifiers, and met all of the strict requirements they set. All of our produce comes from these growers.
