I have been a mortgage broker for over 8 years, previously running another broking firm in Bendigo before starting BMB in December 2008. Before becoming a mortgage broker I had 12 years at the CBA in Bendigo. This included 5 years as their mobile lender servicing Bendigo, Central and Northern Victoria. During these years I developed a great understanding of the financial needs of my clients. Starting off afresh with BMB has allowed me to develop my broking business as I feel it should be run.
By this I mean that everything should be focused around you, the customer. Often a bank or mortgage broker can forget that the most important issue at hand is the customer and their finance application. This can be a very stressful time but it is my job to make it as pain free as possible. Im a born and bred Bendigo person and believe that the Bendigo region will really thrive over the next 20 years.
Bendigo Mortgage Brokers aims to be there along for the ride assisting people with all their financial needs. I get fantastic support from my wife Shannon and constant reality checks of whats important in life from my 4 young children. When time allows I like to contribute back to the community through my associations with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and other charities.
