Building a relationship is my fundamental counselling approach and I enjoy forming trusting and genuine relationships with my clients. My counselling style is warm, accepting, and playful. I strongly believe that everyone can make significant progress in the counselling process.

My practice is backed by extensive training in expressive therapy such as sand play, art, and music. I have provided mental health therapy to young children, adolescents, adults and families.
