Built in 1853, the hotel is around one hour by road from central Perth. It offers a choice of modern, air-conditioned motel style accommodation and traditionally styled hotel rooms.
The Castle Hotel has retained its heritage character, and its external appearance is little changed since its establishment. Internally, as services have been upgraded, and the hotel now has a swimming pool, a barbecue area and a spa.

The Castle Hotel has a well-equipped kitchen providing high-quality foods, including wood-fired pizza, available for dinner from Thursday to Sunday and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
