We are always happy to give you a quick how-to lesson to help you with your latest project or to introduce you to new products. Open 6 days a week, you can visit our charming shop in historical Castlemaine in Central Victoria. This is very fitting as we specialise in reproduction fabrics from that era.
Also in keeping with this time in history is the fact that this building is shared with Castlemaine Antiques, owned & operated by my partner, Kurt who specialises in stocking, restoring and reproducing Australian country furniture. My personal history of stitching started with my grandmothers, Nellie and Dora, teaching me the basics of embroidery when I was a child. Nellie was a little messy with her stitchery while Dora was quite tidy and a prolific quilter.
I think I inherited a bit from each and hope they are both keeping an eye on me from above.
