Welcome! My name is Chloe Regan. I am a Semi-permanent Makeup Artist, located on the Sunshine Coast QLD.

I have worked in the Beauty and Aesthetics industry for over a decade and I am delighted to add Semi-permanent makeup to my rapport.

Naturally I found myself falling into Cosmetic Tattooing, due to my artistic flair, finishing top of my class as an art student and attending advanced art classes.

I believe as an artist, natural talent is a must to perfect the art of Cosmetic Tattooing.

I attended the most in-depth, prestigious, one on one training available, completing my traineeship with renowned award winning Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, Tina Hammond. Gaining a Nationally Recognised Qualification in the art of Cosmetic Tattooing acquiring skills in the most advanced techniques for application of eyebrows, eyeliner and lip colour.

My aim is to make all my clients “look” and “feel” fantastic.
