Furthermore, CTG’s turbine oil varnish solution is capable of detecting varnish causing contaminant in turbine oil and removing it during continued turbine operation, when the varnish is in solution. The ESP process is recommended by Siemens, and we quote, “In all cases, the varnish forming contaminants appeared to be removed from the fluid in a few weeks”.

CTG offers complete service where our technicians attend onsite to achieve your lubricant cleanliness targets, or alternatively all products are available for hire or purchase if you have your own condition monitoring / maintenance team.
