Due to the strict controls on the thickness of envelopes currently carried out by Australia Post, this Consulate would like to request the following:

If you are sending more that one passport and sending us a Prepaid Registered Envelope for those to be returned, please make sure you include a normal size Registered envelope for each passport or an A4 Registered envelope (up to four passports). The reason behind this request is that the maximum thickness permitted by Australia Post for a normal Prepaid Registered envelope is only 5mm. Two passports exceed this limit and it could cause delays on the return of your documentation.
