Designer Foods became a reality by Dick Van Gelderen in 1991. Dick, a well-respected R&D food scientist has spent his career of 40 years designing confectionary and is still an active technical consultant in the business. Combining our passion and knowledge of fine food and the solid foundation from Dick we have created a fantastic product range. Our sensational sauces are all personally hand made in small batches so a consistently premium product is always assured.
All of our sauces are Gluten-Free and most are 99% fat free! The recent Bronze medal at The Royal Melbourne Fine Food awards are testament to our dedication. We love our sauces and hope you will too.
