From 1995 to 2005 Cliff was a Partner of Ernst & Young variously in the Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Finance and Transaction Advisory Services. Cliff has been the lead adviser in some of the largest restructurings in the Asia Pacific region, resulting in the restructuring of over USD8billion of debt. Cliff has led major restructuring assignments in Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore including numerous individual assignments with international teams of over 50 professionals.
