Hi Im Helena, and rather than speaking to you about myself in the third person, I thought I’d do something a little different, and speak to you one-on-one.

My passion is empowering and educating people to live healthier, happier lives. I’ve had my own personal journey with gut health problems and my battle with this resulted in me specialising in this area. I’m extremely passionate about this topic and love sharing my knowledge and learnings to help guide others.

I enjoy consulting one on one with individuals and also love giving talks to larger groups, to have a bigger impact on the community. Having travelled extensively around the world; living in New Zealand, England, Ireland and Australia, I gained a deep appreciation for truly living my life with purpose. As a result of my travels I felt inspired to return to study and gained a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) when I moved to Melbourne.

My role as a Naturopath and Speaker is to educate people on their health ailments and help guide them towards a state of wellness. I believe that everyone has an innate healing system within their own bodies. When given the correct remedies, lifestyle changes and dietary changes, these can have a significant effect on one’s health and well-being.

To me enhancing other peoples lives is of the utmost importance; that is why I became a Naturopath in the first place. Your success is my success and your happiness means more happiness for you and all those close to you.
