At European Car Service we have been involved in the servicing and maintenance of Mercedes Benz, Audi, BMW, VW, Volvo & Saab cars for the past 20 years and during that time we have become familiar with the various traits and quirks that various models of the above vehicles may develop. The individual requirements of these vehicles are constantly changing and we are in the position to be able to keep up with these changes. We have over the years been able to develop a network of sources that enables us to access knowledge that isn’t freely available to the trade in general, that assists us in giving your vehicle the attention that it deserves.
We have, over the years in dealing with clients, always tried put ourselves in clients position first, allowing us to understand their position when explaining and costing various situations. Our ability to satisfy you is the driving force behind our business and the satisfaction in our work is our reward, however that reward is only gained through the knowledge that you, the customers customer is satisfied.
This business was started by Daryl Fenby 44 years ago as English European Car Service, later to become the now European Car Service when both businesses were combined and we very proud to retain customers from that period, some as far back as 1966. We think that the retention rate of our customer base is an indication that we are satisfying the owners of prestige vehicles and that is the aim we have when we service and maintain your vehicle.
