Chef - Ben Schmitt Locally born and bred, Ben has joined the Flying Fish team in 2011 and brings over 15 years of expertise with him. Diners are already loving his seasonally-based offerings highlighting locally sourced seafood and other specialties.
Ben’s Modern Australian style is complemented by both Asian and Mediterranean influences.
