Description

Licensed Surveyor since 2001 after completing a Bachelor of Surveying at Curtin University of Technology graduating with a high distinction. I did my training under the two most experienced Survey Companies in Perth.
In the Metropolitan area I gained all my experience in the Land development sector personally being involved in Feature Surveys, Subdivision Applications, Subdivisions and Strata Titles. In these processes I have gained valuable contacts with contractors and government agencies that you will be able to benefit in your next project.
The most challenging item of any development is getting the right people on the job. This is where we will be able to help.
My rural experience has been in the Wheatbelt area. Often doing theses type of surveys we are only the second surveyor to define the land. The previous surveys are generally when the land was allocated for rural purpose around the 1900s. My experience in this sector has been sought by many rural clients and local councils in assisting the true definition of the boundaries.
The Construction of the infrastructure in any development requires the services of a surveyor. The surveyor is responsible for the initial survey of the land form. This survey (Contour an Feature Survey) is then used for the design of the subdivision of the land. Once the design has been created by Engineers and approved by Government Authorities it is the responsibility of the surveyor to set out the design and advise contractors during this process. On completion of the construction the surveyor is responsible for the final survey of the as-constructed survey.
My experience in all areas of Land Development allows us to have the foresight to be able to assist all personal in your next project. Each project is different and with our experience we will be able to assist you the best.
