Entertaining People since 1981 Kaye and Garyth Walpole formed Stagecoach Theatre Company in 1981 and were hoping to perform eight shows for tourists around the Geelong area. They recieved an offer to perform at The Stables Restaurant in Torquay (Victoria) and stayed there for 3 years before moving to Geelong and opening Stagecoach Theatre Restaurant in 1984. After ten successful years at Stagecoach they moved to Yeppoon in Queensland and opened Footlights Theatre Restaurant, which has been running very successfully for 20 years. Stagecoach and Footlights Theatre Companies have given over 100 actors the opportunity to enhance and improve their performance skills, whilst entertaining and delighting thousands of happy customers. Long may they continue!
