HealthyGC is maintained by the Gold Coast Primary Health Network (GCPHN) formerly known as Gold Coast Medicare Local (GCML). HealthyGC aims to provide the Gold Coast region with with current information and resources for primary care professionals. GCPHN also provides professional events and news for local Gold Coast General Practitioners and healthcare professionals. The site is also home to referral templates to Gold Coast Health Specialist Outpatient Services, Community health services and private / non Gold Coast health health services. HealthyGC helps the community to navigate the local health system to find local health services they need and aim to reduce hospitalisations, increase immunisations, cancer screening and improve access to mental health services.
