As a school of the Lutheran Church, Good Shepherd College provides a quality education in a caring Christian environment. We strive to provide opportunity for foundations of the whole of life learning, imparting Christian values. The college caters for students from Foundation to Year 12 (VCE) over two campuses. The Junior Campus is located on spacious grounds in Hamilton, while the Senior Campus is situated on a fully operational farm on the outskirts of the town.
The College has at its core the values of love, justice, compassion, forgiveness, service, humility, courage, hope, quality and appreciation. At Good Shepherd College we strive to provide a learning environment centred on the Word of Christ, which celebrates the diversity and giftedness of all within our community. The ministry and mission of the College provide the framework for our student wellbeing, learning and teaching programs. These programs enable us to foster a passion for lifelong learning for the whole development of each student. The students of our College are challenged to think as global citizens, consider the needs of those beyond their local community and to recognise the responsibilities their education provides as they take their places in work, social and family networks of the 21st century.
