Description

Government House is located in Sydney, alongside the Royal Botanic Gardens overlooking Sydney Harbour, and just south of the Sydney Opera House. It was the formerly the official residence, and remains the official reception space, of the Governor of New South Wales, Australia and is now managed by the Historic Houses Trust of New South Wales as a museum.
