Our Practice Hampden Road Dental was named in July 2000. We are proud of the quality of service we provide to our clients. Dr Chai Lim has been practicing from this location since 1998 and has extensive experience in comprehensive dental care. At Hampden Road Dental Care, we provide you with emergency service, advanced technology and attention to detail in every aspect of your dental treatment. Our team is a group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals.
We endeavour to make your dental visits comfortable - and even enjoyable - each time we see you. Your First Visit To enable us to provide you with the best care possible, we will ask you to complete our Patient Information, Medical and Dental Form. As this may take some time we suggest that you arrive for your appointment a few minutes early. All this information remains strictly confidential to our practice and will remain in your patient file.
At your first visit we will make it a priority to asses and treat any urgent issues you may have. We may also conduct xrays or a dental examination as you require. We will always explain procedures and costs with you. Interior.
