Reiki is a holistic medicine practice that regulates everything from our cellular function to our nervous system. It works on the energy field, restoring the body to its natural balance as well as promoting a restful and relaxing experience. Angela da Silva, our Reiki Therapist, combines techniques to enhance your healing experience in a therapeutic setting. This alternative medicine practice is ethical, gentle and non-invasive that can be applied on newborn to elderly. We also offer meditation classes for mindfulness and inner peace.
