InsideOut Wellness is a weight loss company that developed hcg 2.0 diet. HCG 2.0 is a modern adaptation of the original hcg diet. Revisions were made on the diet protocol to incorporate low carb, ketosis dieting, caloric ratios and basic food chemistry so you get all the nutrition your body required without the empty calories. Your calorie consumption is determined by your age, gender, and body type so the diet is individualized making it sustainable for average working dieter.

HCG diet that was first published by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons over 70 years ago. That’s a long time. The physiology that inspired the original hcg diet is still entirely relevant and widely accepted among today’s medical community, but the diet protocol itself is what needed revising. So I updated the original HCG diet to make it fit for today’s modern lifestyle which is why it is called HCG 2.0.
