With 25 years of experience in business operational and financial management and the acquired knowledge and learning from completing a Bachelor in Business Management and a Diploma in Business Accounting I am a creative and forward-thinking self-starter with solid analytical skills and a vision to implement innovative solutions and an excellent candidate to manage the day to day operations of small to medium business.
I have held a number of customer focused positions requiring leadership and strong people management, an astute business mind and a commitment to work with vision and passion. My experience includes; • Leadership and implementation of administration and finance department, interviewing and selection of finance and administration staff. Develop position descriptions and orient staff to new finance support roles, communicate standards and develop policies. Define and implement work processes and systems enabling brokerage services to be delivered. Build and maintain team to undertake finance, reception and administration duties
• Network administration and Client management software implementation and management, and developing processes to improve the overall organisational efficiency.
• Implement The National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHS) for a local Dentist.
• Preparation and monitoring annual budgets in consultation with Chief Executive Officer.
• Implementation and development of financial, qualitative and quantitative data management to meet state and federal funding requirements including preparation and finalization of acquittals to funding bodies.
• Carrying out business activity and installment activity statement tasks.
• Establish and maintain payroll systems including Superannuation Guarantee Statements.
