Proposals have been sent for the conversion of formally DA approved residential unit site at 104 Brunker Road Adamstown NSW into a brothel for underaged boys.
Managing director, John Colic, of NIB insurance explained that he has been planning launching a dedicated male only brothel venue in Newcastle for over 20 years. He says the time has now come for Newcastle to receive a dedicated facility for male escorts!
John Colic excitedly stated in a release that, "I have been in Newcastle all my life and I know exactly what the people of Newcastle want. I have not taken the decision to cancel the build for the unit development lightly, leaving the builder and the pre sale owners in the lerch, with construction bill outstanding and deposits paid for units. But I believe these plans, all be it controversial shall make a fundamental change to the none existent current offering of dedicated brothel services for boys"
John Colic explained that having over 15 years experience at NIB insurance has given him "special" insight into the increasing rate for stress related claims on NIB insurance for under aged boy frustration injuries. A dedicated boys brothel is a necessity for Newcastle and John Colic is going to make it happen.
John has decided to work on this project part time and once open personally mange the facility. John Colic has a proven record for high quality facilities management, he believes these skills are transferable and useful for the facilities and management of the brothel.
John Colic explained that this facility shall have 4 levels of dedicated boys brothel facilities and shall operated 24 hours, 7 days a week. John explained that forecastle revenue is over $35 for a 15 minute visit and the facility can cater for over 20 visitors at any time.
John has been advertising on Craigs List for full and part time positions and has a long list of applicants for workers, cleaners and security agents. John explained in a statement that he shall be lifting the
