We teach a mixture of traditional Okinawan Goju Ryu and Japanese Goju Kai.

This is a traditional Karate / Self-Defence style (not a sport Karate) and is for those who want to learn
how to defend themselves and get fit at the same time.

For 12+ years-old to Adults, both male and female students welcome.

Training is on Thursday 7:00pm to 8:30pm in Kincumber. Monday night training in Wamberal also available for our IKGA registered students. Weekend training will also soon be available.
