Landeq was established by Domenic Santacaterina, a property development and project management professional with more than 15 years of experience in the urban development industry, through various roles in the property development and construction sectors.

Following his Civil Engineering degree majoring in Construction, he spent a number of years delivering various urban infrastructure projects across Victoria, including electrical zone substations, major underground cables, water and sewer construction, as well as major roads and bridges including Melbourne€™’s City Link.

This led the way to building a career from one of his passions being property development, where he has, over more than a decade, developed a thorough understanding of the development process, and led numerous multi-disciplined development teams to deliver highly profitable, award winning developments across Melbourne, ranging in scale from small residential re-developments to new large scale master-planned communities.

His achievements have been recognized through commercial returns in excess of $60 million and a number of awards for categories including best master-planned community and most sustainable landscapes from associations such as the Property Council of Australia, the Urban Development Institute of Australia, and local Councils.

During this time, he has established strong business relationships with key industry stakeholders, and developed management tools and systems for improving effectiveness and efficiency of delivery objectives, ensuring client projects can achieve their optimal performance.

After being involved in over $2 Billion worth of projects and delivering over $60 million of profits to developers, Domenic decided it was time to utilise his development management expertise to offer these unique wealth building opportunities to the wider public.
