We start by trying to ascertain what the actual water loss is, by flow logging the water meter, this data is usually collected in 15 minute intervals, it is then sent via SMS to an internet connection, the customer is than also given access to monitor their flow loss.

This gives the customer a hard copy in real time what events were occurring on their sites water consumption, 24 hours per day. This info can then be used in assisting in water and sewerage accounts.

This system can also be used to monitor individual customers on large commercial sites so the water can be monitored accurately. By doing a simple step test, by shutting down valves in different areas, water leakage can be localised to a smaller search area.
