Description

Jenny Phillips is a Titled APA Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist, who is passionate about helping women at all stages of their lives with their various health needs. She graduated from the University of South Australia in 1998 with first class honours, and has almost 20 years’ experience working as a Physiotherapist in both Australia and the UK.

After having her own children in 2004 and 2006, Jenny had the opportunity to work increasingly more in the field of Women’s Health. She was awarded as a Titled Continence & Women’s Health Physiotherapist in 2016 by the Australian Physiotherapy Association – an award granted to those who can demonstrate special skills and knowledge in this field, after a rigorous examination process.

Jenny is also a qualified Pilates instructor. She has an enormous amount of experience in developing and teaching Pilates and other exercise programs suitable for women at different life stages. These include: pregnancy and postnatal exercise classes; exercise for older women; and exercise for women with low bone density.

Jenny also enjoys the opportunity to teach others. She regularly teaches APPI Pilates courses (teaching Pilates to other health professionals) and has also been a guest lecturer with the Australian Physiotherapy Association and the University of South Australia.
