Remote Customers: Today, we have customers 100s of kilometres away including in Narrogin, Collie, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Albany, York, Geraldton, Karratha, Jurien Bay, Shark Bay, Darwin, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne! Service Centre: Our Service Centre offers regular maintenance for major items such as mobility scooters and will make repairs to most equipment. Our service representatives will complete in-home assessments of servicing or repair needs, with onsite action if possible. DVA: Since 2011, we have been local suppliers for several of the DVA Rehabilitation Appliance Programme (RAP) contractors. RAP is an Australian Government program, administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs, which provides aids and appliances to eligible members of the veteran community to help them maintain functional independence in their homes.
