Marron & Associates was formed in 1971 and operated as a leading real estate agency specialising in residential, commercial & industrial sales in many suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. In 2003, Cam Marron became sole Principal and Licensee of Marron & Associates and continued the family tradition of selling residential, commercial & industrial real estate. He has specialised experience in selling exclusive, unique and prestigious properties such as a well known premium property in John St, North Fremantle with its own private jetty and more recently a stunning property with panoramic views overlooking the Swan River in Dalkeith. Cam Marron is also Principal and Licensee of West Perth Property Settlements, a leading boutique settlement agency in Perth, Western Australia. Clients on Marron Real Estate can take advantage of a bundled sale and settlement package if they combine the sale and settlement of their home with them.
More recently, Rhett Marron joined Marron & Associates from a previous career as a commercial and corporate lawyer, which he practiced for more than 9 years. With Rhett now onboard joining Cam in the Property profession, the two brothers have freshened up the business name and branding, combining the many years of experience under Marron & Associates’ and the newly acquired skills as licensed settlement agent and lawyer to become MARRON REAL ESTATE. We strongly believe that our experience and expertise goes far beyond just being your stock standard local real estate agent. Hence our new motto: “Beyond just Real Estate Agents”.
And here we are today, with more than 40 years experience in the real estate industry. Our aim is to be the best local real estate agents in Perth with the use of our vast skills and experience in the Perth property market, our fresh and vibrant attitude and related skills obtained in the property settlement and legal professions.
