Mitchelmore Transport Pty Ltd was established on the Gold Coast by Stan and Nola Mitchelmore in 1974. Tony Small and Karen Small (nee Mitchelmore) joined the business in 1985. The business has grown and prospered in the three decades since and now spans three generations of family. We are a service business hiring tip trucks on a contract or hourly rate to cater to the needs of principal contractors in the earthmoving and civil construction industry throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
In addition we source quarry products to meet the needs of contractors and general customers who require the supply and delivery of materials. The company’s success is directly attributed to its superior service and personal attention. Our first major project was the contractual supply of trucks to service the construction of the Hinze Dam.
Since then we have been extensively involved in development of many Gold Coast suburbs, including Helensvale, Sanctuary Cove, Robina, and Sovereign Island. Major contract work has included the Brisbane to Robina rail, Bond University, Royal Pines Golf Course and the Pacific Motorway.
