He achieved a degree in International Relations from the University of Colorado which he has used to forge such successful ventures. Having grown up between Japan, the United States and New Zealand, Josh feels that his multicultural background adds a cosmopolitan spice to his real estate endeavors. When asked why he entered the real estate community Josh replied, “I have always had a passion for real estate. Equity in property, for most of us, is our largest asset and the satisfaction found in ensuring successful investments for my clients is paramount.” Additional to his vast marketing, sales, and negotiation experience, Josh is fluent in the Japanese language.
Having achieved over $300 million sold internationally in the last few years, he uses these and other skills to represent premium properties throughout Australia & New Zealand as well as the whole of California. Josh is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Sacramento Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, as well as a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
