One of only two Charatier’s in Victoria, Michael has well developed skills in mastering food production with no additives or preservatives. At Morrison Street Continental Butchers, we hold a strong belief and commitment to deliver to you and generations to come - good and natural foods. We are often asked by our customers to develop products from their family’s old recipes.
"I have always had a love of good food and was lucky enough to become an apprentice to a Master German butcher and learn not only the language but also how to produce food with no artificial ingredients, additives or preservatives. Whilst an apprentice I met my wife Lorraine, who’s family origins are from Lubeck in northern Germany, which has also served to inspire me and influence me professionally". "All through my career I have wanted to make the highest quality continental smallgoods.
We have a true understanding of good food and it shows in our product. We have a lot of customers with intolerances to a large range of artificial additives commonly found in modern food products. Our customers range from children to cancer patients with special needs and requests".
