Description

Pacific International Taekwondo provides Taekwondo training for men women and kids from 7 – 45yrs. It’s a fun activity that offers an enjoyable and achievable challenge at all grade levels, from the first easy kicks and strikes to the advanced levels dynamic sparring and amazing jumping kicks.
It’s the perfect activity, supplying fitness, flexibility and strength training to boost your energy, a friendly atmosphere to make new friends, plus the strong kicks, strikes and blocks of a traditional martial art so you can look after yourself.

At its core, Taekwondo is all about self-defence so training includes plenty of full-force kicks strikes and punches on bags and equipment. So, while our students get fit and have fun, they are also learning how to look after themselves if the need arises.

Who Can Do It?......Average kids, teens and adults, anyone can do it.
Many people think of Taekwondo and say… “I could never do those fancy kicks!”
The truth is that while the dynamic jumping and spinning kicks are fun, real training is not about complicated kicks or acrobatics. It’s about working with what you’ve got, and striving to make it better. Through training, our members gain greater and greater confidence in themselves.

Yes, our students gain confidence from learning kicking and punching. But they gain much more than that, too. We approach taekwondo training as an all-around self-improvement program. Our classes promote a friendly, respectful atmosphere in which people come together as like-minded friends who are eager to help one another learn and grow. That kind of warm environment goes a long way toward reducing stress and promoting a sense of well-being, especially among our adult students. Combine that kind of emotional support with a fantastic physical fitness program—and the confidence that comes from self-defense training—and there’s really only one question that needs to be asked:
