Our osteopaths endeavor to find the cause of every complaint rather than just treat the symptoms. And we aim to tailor each treatment to the individual so that recovery is speedy. All practitioners have a strong focus on home-based exercise programs and thus aim to involve patients in their own recovery. In this way, the risk of recurrence is diminished and patients are better able to manage potential flare ups in the future.
Realizing the need for safe and individual exercise programs, we have recently added Pilates classes to our list of services. These very small classes (max 3 people) are perfect for those returning to or starting an exercise program following an injury.
