We are a niche business consultancy with two principles that have had over 50 years of collective business experience including starting up businesses, advising businesses, running them or selling them. Both qualified chartered accountants, we bring our knowledge, skills, experience and networks to partner our clients in helping them achieve their business goals.
We work with business owners, boards, management teams and corporation executives. Our clients are typically medium size business and corporations who want to deliver profitable growth for their business and recognise the need to boost their capability to do this.
We understand that as industries and markets change over time, the needs within a business will also change. This requires a continual focus, balanced both externally and internally, for businesses to remain profitable and to grow.
The way we provide services are through three distinct offerings:

Advisory
Advisory clients are normally well funded and internally well-resourced. The benefit from engaging Peritia is having a knowledgeable and experienced third party, facilitating discussion, obtaining feedback and setting out agreed action planning.

Planning
Peritia have significant planning experience and can assist senior management with a partnered approach to helping with business planning. The approach is “fit for purpose” meaning that it is tailored to the size and complexity of the client. Unnecessary effort and task is eliminated to streamline the process without compromising the effectiveness.
Execution

Peritia can be involved in the execution phase and have experience at all levels of involvement, whether it is to project manage a program on behalf of the CEO, assist with bringing in outside skills, or doing some the specific tasks where it fits within our skill sets.
