Our record regarding skills, workmanship and completing contracts on time speaks for itself. Henry Perram and Graeme Toohey partnership formed in 1973. Perram and Toohey Pty Ltd Company formed approximately 1978. Perram and Toohey Builders Pty Limited formed in 2002.
The Directors and owners of the company are Craig Knox and Shane Proctor. Craig and Shane both have working interest in the Company from project managers, estimators, foreman and hands on tradesmans. Our work base and office has always been in Singleton.
Our Sub-contractors are local, with many years experience and have carried out contracts with us on numerous occasions. Previous contracts carried out Child care centre, Shops, Office Blocks, Concrete Constructions, Warehousing, Bath House Refurbishments, Wash Down Pads, Hotel and Motel Refurbishments and many various works for local coal mines and commercial buildings.
