Phoenix is your local slice of heaven, dedicated to supporting people in their commitment to whole health.

We believe that through the practice of yoga, we ultimately create happier, healthier people, connected to themselves and others.

We are offering a number of styles of yoga over 20 classes each week including Power, Ashtanga and Yin.

The offering expands further with our Wellness Services including Ayurvedic Massage, Ayurvedic Nutrition, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy Massage and the energetic healing of Reiki and Bach Flower Therapy to complement your practice.

Our facilities consist of two practice rooms, male and female change rooms, relaxing lounge and treatment room.

We are the yoga training studio of eastern Melbourne. We understand that yoga is not just a holiday but a life-long journey to discover your inner most nature. Real transformation takes determination, focus and willpower. Phoenix Yoga Studios’ teachers will inspire you to step out of your old habits and open to a new light that is shining from within YOU.
