Our National Office is located in Welcome Bay, Tauranga on New Zealands north Island. Insulation orders are distributed directly from numerous warehouses across the country. Thermal insulation batts have an R-value, the R-value represents the amount of heat resistance that the insulation segment has. A high R-value insulates better than a low R-value. The minimum R-values for insulating depends on the climate zone of where the insulation is to be installed.
