The ‘Pulvirenti’ name has been around in the painting industry for many decades. This legacy started back 3 generations ago in Italy by my grandfather, then onto my father who migrated to Australia bringing with him the skill, experience and work ethic to start a family built business- ‘Queensland Painters Company’. Established in 1964, the small family business became well renowned and respected for its painting and decorating in Queensland. Through the decades, Queensland painters saw many projects that shaped Brisbane such as: World Expo88, Hilton, Treasury Casino Hotel, Carlton Crest, Riverside Centre and Admiralty Towers just to name a few. Having started in the painting industry for the family business as a teenager, I went on to complete my apprenticeship in which gave me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and techniques in the diverse forms of painting and decorating. I was a finalist for the ‘Work Skills Australia Competition in 2000, and in 2001, was awarded the ‘Apprentice of the year’ for Queensland. To keep the painting tradition alive within the Pulvirenti name, I established ‘Pulvirenti Painting’ in 2010 and continue to pass on this quality and professional service to our clients.
