We use only the highest quality aluminium and stainless steel in our Warana based factory, which are both sourced and purchased from local companies here on the Sunshine Coast. All our products are manufactured at our factory in Warana, by our excellent team of workshop staff, who take pride in their work and produce goods of hight standard and quality. From the date your order is check measured by our Sales Representative, it takes approximately three weeks to manufacture. Once manufactured it is then sent for powder coating, also at a local company here on the Sunshine Coast, giving an overall lead time of around four weeks. Our Sales Representatives will be able to give you a more definite lead time when your product is ordered. The powder coating provides a finish with excellent protective and decorative properties.
A wide range of colors are available to match your existing color scheme, and are based on the Dulux powdercoat range of colors. Maintenance of powder coated products is very low and consists of using a soft bristle brush or similar to clean the surface with a dilute solution of mild liquid detergent mixed with warm water. Avoid excessively hot solutions and abrasive tools. After cleaning the surface, rinse with fresh water. Maintenance should be carried out at about six month intervals to maintain a new look on your product.
The glass used for the glass balustrade and pool fencing products is again sourced locally. The thickness of the glass depends on the project and type of product being manufactured. All the glass used is toughened glass and is therefore considered safe for use on balconies and around swimming pools.
