My passion is sharing what I know about healthy boundaries, personal power and clearing/protecting the energy field, so that people can create better lives for themselves. I teach groups about the impact of their energetic interactions and help create greater awareness of the beliefs and patterns that they are running. Once you see them, you can change them for better ones!

I also provide individual assistance to move forward from tough times, trauma and grief. Clients can learn to use their experiences to become more whole and authentic individuals by embracing the unique gifts and perpectives that their journey has given them.

Bowen therapy may be used to help release emotions and trauma trapped within the body tissues, or used as a stand alone treatment for physical pain and injury, various health conditions and general well-being.
