Steven Shadgett is the principal lawyer at Shadgett Legal. He has extensive experience in criminal investigation and criminal law in all jurisdictions in Western Australia. As a lawyer Steven has worked with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution for Western Australia (DPP) and the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. Steven is a member of the of the Panel of Practitioners for the Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia and the DPP, and is also a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association of W. Steven is passionate about protecting an individuals rights and giving his clients the personal service they deserve.
Vanessa Shadgett is the Practice Manager to Shadgett Legal. Vanessa brings many years of legal support experience to our firm. Krystal Sewell is our legal secretary. As one of your first points of contact, she ensures we do everything possible to guide you through your legal experiences.
On reception you will speak to Janaya, who assists our clients and Steven. Most recently we have welcomed a new lawyer at Shadgett Legal, Lyndsay O’Brien. Lyndsay is a bright young lawyer who works alongside Steven to provide our clients with the best service possible.
