SoundSmart Interactives provides DIGITAL Audio Posts Playback Solutions for the public broadcast of ‘repetitive’ audio information, such as Telephone messaging, audio POS promotions, historic narratives, and music or sound effects, triggered either ‘on-demand’ by push button, or automatically by timer/sensor, to local pedestrian traffic. Established in 1989, SoundSmart Interactives was one of the first to supply ‘tapeless’ DIGITAL telephone ‘Messages On Hold’ alternatives for business clients, both large and small, across Australia.

We have since become specialist suppliers of ‘interactive’ audio posts products, designed for repetitive “audio messaging” applications such as ‘talking’ signs, ‘interactive’ exhibits, ‘point-of-sale’ audio promotions, indoor and outdoor interactive displays, automated public announcements, information kiosks, messages on hold and many other public / business signage applications. Our newest ‘wireless’ devices allow us to remotely update the audio soundtracks ‘hands free’, wherever the system is located nationwide (within GPRS coverage area), and our disposable “Chatterbox” system brings innate POS displays to life.
