I started my business in 1998 as a qualified massage therapist with a focus on hard working clients who were developing chronic aches and pains. My regular clients found that strong that deep tissue massage techniques was effective in reducing stiffness and aches, helping with pain reduction, increasing mobility and range of movement. These techniques are common to sports massage for athletes, cyclists and active sports clients where deep and strong sports massage therapy aids their recovery periods after intensive exercise. Established in 2003 Stable Massage is in a beautiful grand Victorian mansion on St Kilda Hill c1870, you will find a team of knowledgeable strong and diligent therapists specialising in deep tissue remedial massage, Myotherapy, dry needling Osteopathy and sports massage therapy.
We also offer relaxing massage in our beautiful Victorian rooms, as well as experienced masseuses for pregnancy massage therapy. The same premises incorporate Stable Health Clinic services including Naturopathy, Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Life Coaching, Counselling, Pilates, Hypnotherapy, Chiropractic Services and Psychologists. The location is just off St Kilda Road, with on-site parking.
We also have established additional clinics in the Melbourne CBD and Fitzroy North, open 7 days a week.
